During the fall of 2015 I was invited by Denise Green at Cornell's Department of Human Ecology to give a workshop on Japanese Indigo in her Natural Dye seminar. Using 2 pounds of fresh indigo from plants that I grew in Trumansburg, students created beautiful designs with batik and shibori processes.
